The Community Partnership Coalition of Herkimer County (CPCHC) brings together a diverse group of members from across Herkimer County to address substance misuse and community wellness. Members include representatives from:

• Prevention, treatment, and recovery services.
• Law enforcement and EMS.
• Schools, mental health providers, and other local agencies.

Services:

• Overdose Mapping: Providing critical data on overdose trends in Herkimer County.
• Harm Reduction: Supporting individuals at risk through targeted interventions.
• Prescription Take Back: Promoting safe disposal of unused medications.
• Substance Misuse Trends: Sharing insights on emerging local trends.
• Prevention, Treatment, and Recovery Events: Hosting and promoting events to support community health.
