Who we help

  • A “runaway” is anyone under the age of 18 who is living apart from their parents or guardians without permission.
  • ​Youth who do not have a safe, stable living environment are considered homeless.
  • ​Youth experiencing homelessness may couch surf, bounce between relatives and friends, stay with their family in a hotel or motel, live in shelters, or even live on the streets.
